Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson news

A report from ESPN.com on Sunday says current Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson could be getting his wish to play for a football team in his home state of Texas in 2017 if he cannot reach a contract agreement to accept a pay cut with his current team next month during the free agency period begins.     Peterson who was raised in Palestine Texas could be joining the Dallas Cowboys in the 2017 football season if he decides to leave the Vikings before the start of the next football season after spending his entire career with National Football Conference North Division team since 2007 as a first round draft choice of the Minnesota Vikings out of the University of Oklahoma.Peterson has this dream of playing for either for the Houston Texans or Dallas Cowboys before his playing football career ends if the Minnesota Vikings decide it is time to move on without him on their team.Even though the 2016 football season will come to an end after the conclusion of Super Bowl LI in Houston Texas on Sunday evening, according to the talking heads at ESPN, free agency is the “second season” of the football season where players will be changing teams that they played for a fresh start with another team in the National Football League.    It would be sweet to see Peterson wearing the colors of America’s Team in 2017 if he cannot end his football career with the Minnesota Vikings.News source is ESPN.com and the image is from Pinterest.com
